軟管泵工作原理：
一根內(nèi)壁光滑，強(qiáng)度可靠的特制橡膠軟管安裝在泵體內(nèi)部，通過(guò)一對(duì)壓輥沿著軟管旋轉(zhuǎn)擠壓，這樣的 旋轉(zhuǎn)使得介質(zhì)往一個(gè)方向輸送而不會(huì)倒流，軟管在輸送介質(zhì)之后，由被壓扁軟管的自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輪的強(qiáng)制下，軟管恢復(fù)原狀，此時(shí)，軟管內(nèi)產(chǎn)生高真空將介質(zhì)再次吸入管腔，然后介質(zhì)在隨之而來(lái)的壓輥擠壓下從軟管內(nèi)排出，如此周而復(fù)始，介質(zhì)不斷的被吸入和排出。目前產(chǎn)品使用溫度為≤100℃。根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要可以開(kāi)發(fā)使用溫度在120℃的軟管泵軟管產(chǎn)品。
Working principle of hose pump:

This rotation allows the medium to be transported in one direction without flowing back. After that, due to the elasticity of the flattened hose and the force of the side guide wheels, the hose returns to its original state. At this time, a high vacuum is generated in the hose to suck the medium into the lumen again, and then the medium is pressed by the subsequent pressure roller. It is discharged from the hose under the squeeze, and so on and on, the medium is continuously sucked in and discharged. The current product temperature is ≤100 ℃. According to user needs, we can develop hose pump hose products with a temperature of 120 ℃.
