電工鋼硅鋼片根據(jù)生產(chǎn)方式可分為熱軋電工鋼和冷軋電工鋼。熱軋硅鋼片因其性能落后近年已經(jīng)逐步淘汰。根據(jù)晶體取向聚集程度將硅鋼分為無取向和取向是為廣泛接受的方法。冷軋無取向硅鋼是指0.5％~4.0％(Si＋Al)的合金，冷軋至0.65mm、廣東湛江同城0.5mm和0.35mm后經(jīng)退火涂層后制成。相比取向硅鋼，其晶?？棙?gòu)類型較為漫散，各個方向上具有較為均勻的磁性能，而且磁各向異性較低，主要用作各類型電機和發(fā)電機的鐵芯疊片。冷軋產(chǎn)品厚度精度，尺寸公差等級，表面光滑度都達到較高水平，從而提高了產(chǎn)品疊片系數(shù)和材料的磁性能。冷軋無取向硅鋼生產(chǎn)工藝流程圖如圖1所示。
